Order Processing Time
All 921 Beauty products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your package ships. During high‑volume periods (holidays, sales, new product launches), processing times may extend slightly.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery windows:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check:

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. 921 Beauty is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. However, we want you to have a great experience.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

International Shipping
At this time, 921 Beauty ships within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
